The procedure for the formation and operation of the Information Systems Authority, its status, the requirements applicable to its members, the guarantees of independence, the relations related to service in the information systems regulatory body, as well as the scope of its competences, oversight, and powers are regulated by the RA Law “On the Information Systems Regulatory Body” adopted on December 4, 2025.
